Miami Shotokan members qualified for US Team

We proudly announce that several members of Miami Shotokan Karate Club have qualified for the JKA/AF US team. These members, and our Sensei, will be representing the United States in Limerick, Ireland from August 14th-20th in the JKA 14th Funakoshi Gichin Cup world Championship.

This year, we’re fundraising to help support the cost of travel and participation in this tournament. All donations will be used to assist with travel costs to and from tournaments and camps. We would love your support!

Support Team USA and Miami Shotokan

We ask your help in supporting Team USA!

This year some of our dojo members have been selected to represent the US Team at the Funakoshi Gichin Cup 14th World Karate Championships being held in Limerick, Ireland this August.

Because the trip’s expenses falls to each individual, Miami Shotokan is holding a fundraiser to support our members. For a limited time, we are selling team USA 11″x18″ microfiber towels for $10. You can pre-order them in blue and/or white through July.
